12 weekly coaching sessions

This is where the magic happens! We'll go deep beneath the surface as we explore your food & body struggles. With both the practical guidance and emotional support you will heal your lifelong food and body struggles so you can live with freedom, peace and joy!

We'll cover everything from body trust, to intuitive eating, to mindful eating, to meal planning, to nervous system regulation, to mindset blocks, to body image healing and everything in between.

If you're struggling with it, I will support you and coach you through it. These sessions are tailored to you and relevant to YOUR specific challenges and growth.

Personalised nutrition strategy

We will discuss relevant blood tests (if required) as well as nutrition guidance, recipe ideas and meal planning, while protecting your relationship with food and your body.

I can support you with non-diet evidence-based nutrition for polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), high cholesterol, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), thyroid disorders, menopause, or any other metabolic concerns.

The comprehensive metabolic blood panel I have my clients do in Australia is $150AUD.

Video Modules

As a 1:1 client, you will also have access to my online learning portal which has 10 video modules on topics such as intuitive eating in real life, nervous system regulation, body image work and nutrition science.

The video modules are your resource to supplement our 1:1 sessions, and for those of you who enjoy learning outside of sessions. Think of them as a bonus resource!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a 12-week one-to-one program?

Yes it is! Our initial consultation call is 75-minutes where I'll review your symptoms, health history & goals.

We'll then meet again for 60-minutes for your personalised planning session where I will share your food freedom roadmap, nutrition strategy, and supplement guidance (if required).

Our remaining 10 coaching sessions are 50-minutes and will be completely tailored to you and your needs. Examples include nervous system work, mindset coaching, the 10 intuitive eating principles such as understanding your hunger & fullness, mindful eating, emotional eating, meal planning, binge eating support, and so much more!
